This balm is full of all the good stuff – Magnesium, Arnica Oil, Menthol, Peppermint essential Oil, Juniper Berry Oil, all in a moisturising base with Shea butter.

Magnesium- Magnesium is important for many processes in the body. It is needed for muscles and nerves to work properly, to keep blood sugar and blood pressure at the right level, and to make protein, bone, and DNA.

Arnica oil-  helps to reduce inflammatory pain. Typically it’s used for the pain and swelling associated with bruises, sprains, pulls, muscle aches, and even arthritis, since it helps to boost circulation and speed up the healing process.
Menthol- Gives a cooling sensation makes Menthol Crystals ideal for addressing aches, pain, cramps, sprains, and irritation. It helps relax muscles while easing tension, headaches, nausea, dizziness, and it can be used as decongestant agents for their ability to promote the feeling of airways opening up.
Peppermint –helps to treat menstrual pains, nausea, depression-related anxiety, muscle and nerve pain, the common cold, indigestion, and IBS
Shea Butter – High concentrations of fatty acids and vitamins make shea butter an ideal ingredient for softening skin. Shea butter also has anti-inflammatory and healing properties.
