I bought this recently while in Stanthorpe. It has definitely helped with my sleep quality. I was waking up through the night & only having light sleep, but since using this I have slept right through the night. I rub some on my chest & temples before bed time. I would much rather use a natural product like this than a chemist bought sleep aid.
